You're either a very low rank or you've never played CS:GO before, since you have no idea what you're talking about.

I'm MG1 and have almost 300 hours on CSGO.

 

The fact that you think rank means anything but playing a lot is laughable.

Casual is full of silvers. I was dominating casual when I was only Nova 3.

 

The average player skill for any game is low, so anyone who remotely knows what they're doing is technically "above average".

 

Casual < Newbie < Average < Above average < Good < Pro

everything till dmg is awful, le/lem is average, smfc/ge is above average, then esea-main is good and so till pro etc

MG is bad, especially after VAC wave
