Basic Budget PC

This'll be just a general pc for the family. It'll mostly be doing video streaming and excel with a few games now and then. I've based the main components off running gtav since that'll be the most intensive thing it will do using this website:

Is there much I can do to lower the price by £30 without it being unable to play?

That PSU throws me off. Might wanna change it.

I chose it because it's the cheapest gold rated one I could on the website. What would you recommend changing it to?
