After a few minutes of playing a game my internet just becomes terrible.

This is what terrible is:

This happens for all games. If I'm just browsing the web or watching YouTube it's fine.

This happened to me once apparently there was a windows update going on in the background.

Sorry, I giggled a bit when I saw that your normal speed got a F+ instead of F-. I feel for you bro, slow internet is no fun. 

 

Try making sure all programs are closed (Ctrl, shift, Esc and force quit the processes) then see what is was that took up all your data.

Not running some network priority app that's reserving most of your connection for possible game traffic while a game is running?

I live 3.5 hours North of Tampa, Florida and its basically all woods. No good internet here :/ Although it could be slightly better.

I made Windows 7 to back to an earlier date (I don't know why but I forgot the name of the process) and I was able to play a full game of Rush on Bad Company 2 so it may be working now. I'll test some more games
