Small office server

I am going to be building a new server for my boss and he is wanting to do it on the cheap side. So hopefully with your help, we can make this happen.

 

1. Budget & Location
$450. I am located in the US.

2. Aim
Provide storage and access to company information. (Customer files, bills, database info. etc etc)

3. Monitors
one monitor. I will provide something from home. Nothing fancy just whatever I decide to throw at it.

4. Peripherals
No peripherals needed.

5. Why are you upgrading?
Currently the files are being accessed off of a computer that is being used through out the day and slowing down the machine severely.
