specs: case : corsair spec 01 

           motherboard : z97-c

           GPU : sapphire r9 270x

           ram : HyperX FURY Series 8GB

           PSU : Corsair Builder Series CX 500 Watt

           CPU : Intel Pentium G3258 CPU
           HDD : WD 1TB 3.5 inch Internal Hard Drive
          moniter : BenQ DL2215 LED
 
when i power up my computer without  my GPU it is fine.
 
But when i plug in my GPU the moniter gets no signal

do you use video outputs of the graphics card?

might sound stupid, but did you connect properly?

which port did you connect to on the gpu? Hdmi? dvi?

Before you plug in your GPU could you go into the BIOS and set the first display device to PCIe please? That sometimes causes issues where the BIOS/UEFI doesn't detect the GPU properly and tries to boot using the onboard graphics instead.
