I would like some software which will be able to record my actions, for example:

Download Chrome,

Move some files from a USB to a HDD,

Make some registry edits,

and install all the .exe's in a folder.

I would like this to be a one click installation.

Do you know any software which is able to do this to a computer?

Explain a bit more, your description is a bit vague.

I think you can do most of that with a pretty complex .bat (batch) file. Not sure though.

Most likely you'll need something custom, since I don't think anyone ever needed something like what you're describing

you mean a keylogger?

but seriously, why the fuck do you need to do this?

I think he needs something more in the lines of automation, not keylogging :P

I guess a .bat, once you make it work it should go to town and do everything nicely.

Though setting it out might be a pain. If you look into how to do everything you're wanting to do than you shouldn't have a problem.

Though installation of programs I doubt would be able to be done through a .bat, you'd have to do that yourself, which wouldn't take long anyways.

So I would have to learn a language for coding? Any tutorials available?

I don't think it's too hard to learn how to set up a .bat, I don't have any tutorials at hand but I may as well look seeing as I'd like to know too.

batch files are mostly windows cmd commands. there's bound to be an entire wiki on it somewhere with examples and tutorials

Wouldn't this work? :

You can make a recovery version of the installed OS with all the programs you need installed, files you need etc... Then you can always put that recovery on the machine you want it installed on. You would just need to install drivers etc afterwards if you are dealing with different machines all the time. The recovery you make would then be like a custom installation...

Sounds good, but it might have issues with the product keys

Okay, I would like to learn that then, I'll hunt around for videos tutorials too. I would like to know how to execute the exe's from one folder, think that is a lot of command line?

step 1: learn windows batch

step 2: code the thing, it's really not that hard, although i dont know if you can automate registry edits with that, everything else can be done

Yeh, I've scrapped that idea of registry. Just would like the exes now.
