Right I'm still working on a fix for the problem I had in this post and at this point im basically trying everything just to see what happens.

In MSI afterburner I noticed my pagefile usage was way up, maxing out in the graph but still growing slowly as seen here:

Click here for all the other graphs.

Before the drop in the graphs is Battlefield 4, after is GTA 5 (and yes I am aware that GTA 5 has a memory leak issue).

I tried disabling pagefile and according to windows it is disabled, but this still happens!

Any ideas?

Why would you want to disable pagefile? I would not recommend doing that.

Case: Phanteks Evolve X with ITX mount  cpu: Ryzen 3900X 4.35ghz all cores Motherboard: MSI X570 Unify gpu: EVGA 1070 SC  psu: Phanteks revolt x 1200W Memory: 64GB Kingston Hyper X oc'd to 3600mhz ssd: Sabrent Rocket 4.0 1TB ITX System CPU: 4670k  Motherboard: some cheap asus h87 Ram: 16gb corsair vengeance 1600mhz

Disabling the pagefile is a bad idea unless you've got tons of RAM. Afterburner probably isn't reading the pagefile usage properly, because Windows checks for the pagefile to determine if it exists.

How much is tons? Like atleast 32?

Why would you want to disable pagefile? I would not recommend doing that.

Just testing what would happen really, as it was so high usage I wanted to know what would happen
