1.32 bit CPU means how much ram you can have (minimum:2) and certain things you can download.64bit means you need to have at least 4GB of ram and so on and so forth, I think.

yes vacuum tubes would be one form of analog technology since it depends on voltage fluctuation vs logic gates to create switches in digital tech.

1) It's the size of the instruction set

2) The BIOS is a basic operating system that allows motherboards to function. A central processing unit is what does all of the calculations (unless you have a dedicated gpu in the system). Memory is the cpu's scrapbook, it copies what it needs right now on it and deletes it when it's finished. This is because memory is hundreds of times faster than storage, which in turn is much cheaper and does not get deleted at system shutdown.

3) It's a network of anything that is connected to it, but is mainly held up by massive servers. If for whatever reason all machines disconnected the internet would cease to exist. (I hope you are not expecting a FULL answer)

4) A computer is a programmable machine built with the intent of processing data and computing calculations involving that data. A simple calculator can be considered a computer because it is programmable (although the end user has no access to that functionality andits capabilities are restricted). Again, generic answer.

5) Of course, in fact the first computers where basically analog. But they still worked with binary operations, so in a way they have always been digital. Depends on what you mean.
