If you have a z77 motherboard, yes. It just won't overclock as well as a K series cpu.

pretty sure with an overclockable motherboard you can take it up to core1-4.1ghz core2-4ghz core3-3.9ghz and core4-3.8ghz using the multiplier,vs the max 6.3ghz (on all cores) achievable through the multiplier on the K chips.

no.

 

the H-XX series of boards is unoverclockable.

Technically, with newer H77 motherboards, they can overclock.
