Why not buy a pump with a much longer warranty instead of having to risk a pump failure for a year. Having your pump fail means your PC will be out of action until the new one comes and you have to re-set-up your old loop which takes a lot of time.

I mean I only am looking to buy a kit because its in the middle for me, better than an aio worse than a true custom loop, and I dont want to go around paying $10 for friggin fittings, its just easier to buy everything as a kit. if you do have the time to give me a list of parts for under $200 that'd be awesome babe.

Just go with an H220, and add a gpu block, maybe add another rad.

I like the color scheme of Noctua fans. Deal with it. Forget about the bad memories of the past.

Wait, allow me to ask you something, but why do you have listed a complete kit (including pump, rad, block, and, I guess, tubing) as well as individual components?

Regarding the pump, the pump is IMO the most important part of a loop.

This means that it isn't something you should try to save money on, sure some pumps are needlessly expensive, but I still would recommend that you would look for a Laing DDC or D5 pump.

Maybe just get a h220 then expand when you have your with a rad and gpu Waterblock later when you get 9970

I'm pretty sure that they aren't being sold anymore because of swiftech being sued by aseteck. :(

I personally think that you shouldn't complain about the price of a pump because of the fact that it is that only part in your loop that can actually fail. You need to understand that the pump is not that part that you want to cheap out on. You are relying on that thing to work when you need it. I think that most people will put reliability over aesthetics everytime. You also need to think about fittings for your components because they also can cost a lot for a water cooling build.

P.S. primochill advanced ltr for tubing, they have any color you want. http://www.amazon.com/PrimoFlex-Advanced-2in-4in-Tubing/dp/B00A9ZDH56/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1374936983&sr=8-2&keywords=primochill+tubing

Why that pump specifically? This pump is a Laing D5 pump with a XSPC sticker on it. Any other D5 pump is exactly the same. Its best to simply go with which one is cheaper in your region.

I am not recommending that pump specifically, but he was complaining about 100 price tag on the swiftech pump. tried to find a D5 vario around the $60 mark that he wanted it around rether than that other pump from koolance.

Can't you wait and spend $30 more on a pump?

There is no need to rush these things.

You originally asked: "Would it be recommended I do a custom loop in a case as medium sized as a phantom 410?".

With your current choice of pump and your current budget; no it wouldn't.

You could always look for a second hand pump on eBay.
