Everything crashes

Everything crashes. Teamspeak quits responding, cs go quits responding when loading up the game, when joining lobbies, when turning on mic in lobbies, Dota 2 crashes in all the same instances as cs go. Minecraft quits responding when loading up from the main menu.

Mainly it's in games but the only application that crashes other than games and steam itself, is teamspeak.

I thought it was a memory leak, so I just restarted my computer, took the ram out and out it back in (knowing it wouldn't do much but why not).

I defragged my hard-drive.

Kinda lost. Reaaallly don't want to reinstall windows so pls halp.

I can put my pcpartpicker.com list if needed. And driver info.

Drivers? bad installation of windows? viruses/malware?
