I'm planning to buy 2 gtx 980 ti and i was wondering.. Will 2 gtx 980 ti bottleneck my i7-4770K @ 4.4 ?

Nope. I've never heard of a i7 being able to bottleneck anything.

My System has a Intel Core i7 4790k @4.5ghz Cooled by A Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO With a MSI Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 Founders Edition and 16GB of Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz Memory.

I have heard of i7's bottlenecking some 4-way SLI's configurations due to DirectX 11 and below limitations. Having never gone beyond 2-way I have no way to verify this, though.

I guess I could believe this since a 4-way SLI setup is insanely powerful. I can't verify it either since I've never even have had SLI or Crossfire before.

Jayztwocents managed to make his overclocked 5960X the bottleneck in his system...
