i would say no, unless you really really want to, as you seem to be getting fairly stable, decent temps with an overclock. If it was to go well into the 80s then I'd want to either delis it or return it, but otherwise they look like okay temps to me. Don't forget, your cooler could also be an issue here. If you have the money for a replacement and use the right method to delid, then go ahead if you want.

Don't risk it. Just get a decent cooler.

It is not just a few degrees guys.  It can be like 20c+ difference, depending on how badly the IHS was placed upon the cpu die, giving massive overclocking headroom.  I would say yes, do it.  The safest/best way is using the vice method, a block of wood, and a hammer.  Some simple physics and inertia, and that lid will pop right off.  Do some research, watch some videos.  Once you have the knowledge you will understand how easy it is.

don't really have the money to buy a new cpu if i fuck up.

Then don't do it. Also you need the right equipment as well. Just get a better CPU cooler

NEVER GIVE UP. NEVER STOP LEARNING. DONT LET THE PAST HURT YOU. YOU CAN DOOOOO IT

My opinion is that you can only mess it up if you don't really know what you are doing, or you are trying to circumvent the proper setup, like trying to use something that is not a vice to hold the cpu.

A crude analogy would be like opening a jar.  Once you know which way the lid spins it is impossible to mess up.

It is your choice though.

Delidding is useful if you have a chip capable of reaching a high clock (like 4.8 or whatever) and the only thing stopping you is temps... it will not make an average or below average chip magic.
