Chrome Flickering Black Screen

Hi guys, recently chrome has started flickering a black screen on all web pages. It's the only browser to do so as I am now typing this in I.E. :(

The only thing that I've done since it was working fine was overclock my GPU and recieve a java update. Any solutions?

​Put your GPU back to stock and see if it goes back.

Are you running anything from labs or new extensions? Try clearing your cache, cookies, everything.
