One is a UD3, the other is a UD5.

 

The difference could be a number of things from better voltage regulation to better heatsinks.

 

UD stands for "Ultra-Durable", so higher, the better. Also you can see the PCI-E slots are different.

Since you're on mobile, when you have the chance, look at Newegg's page, there you can see the real differences.

ud5 has more sata, more pcie x16, has better vrm and northbridge cooling and probably has better vrm  and will have better overclocking capabilities.

The UD5 has better VRMs and better heatsinks and cooling solutions for the VRMs.

Between UD3-5 there are minor changes in connectivity, on board buttons and utilities. I think major difference is color scheme. UD3 is blue, UD4 is red and UD5 is yellow. All of course black-grey otherwise. If you'r planning on buy I'd suggest to think is there some features you want to pay more for.
