My computer turns it self on at night, but it does not fully turn on, it turn on for 3 secs (all the fans start spinning, etc...) then is shuts down for 3 seconds (everything is off) and then it does this until I hold down the power button, and then sometimes the power button doesn't do any thing, so i switch of the PSU.

It mostly happens a night, but it randomly does it during the day, too.. At different times everytime..

Also sometimes my keyboard just turns on, the back light turns on, but the PC is off...

Any one know whats going on??

Vampire PC. Definitely. You need to inject some holy water into that H100i!

Honestly, I'd think it's a MOBO issue...

The powering on part could be because of mobo features. Disable all power-on features. Power on by LAN, power on by keyboard etc. The keyboard lighting up is most likely due to ROG supercharging feature. You can turn that off per connector in BIOS or by software. The powerbutton response style can also be configured in BIOS. You can select whether single press results in shutdown or just restart or do nothing.

Another vote for it being "Wake on LAN" - see if you can disable that option in your BIOS.

Could be an electrical spike causing devices connected to the mains to turn on.

Here I made a quick video of it on youtube... please look at it
