I'm trying to make a small computer to run lots of different programs and I need them to start quickly and run almost flawlessly. I need it to run two vanilla Minecraft servers, two heavily modded Minecraft servers, a space engineers server and an Apache Website. I'm trying to find a CPU that can satisfy all of this for the least cost. Any ideas?

Xeon E3 1231 V3 paired with 24-32 GB of RAM.
