So i found out my CPU was defect and i'm getting a new one (The same one) but i wasn't sure if i had to reinstall Windows or it could just run fine so please tell me if i need to reinstall it or i can just keep it

Thanks in advance.

You don't need to reinstall Windows. If you did change your motherboard, then you would simply have to install your new motherboard drivers.

But if all you're doing is replacing the CPU, then no you do not have to reinstall Windows.
