8GB (1600MHz) RAM

Maybe put a little bit more money and get 7950.

@virusal19 has the right idea, that is probably your best bet.  The 7950 performs great as well.

I would say get a 4670K instead if you are only gaming, sell the 660 you own and buy a 7950 or if you want Nvidia the highest card you can afford possibly a 770.

600W would be fine, if you're gonna go SLI later on, 750 would do okay.

For a dual 7950 setup (if you're going with the 7950) you could get away with a 700/750w
