Game breaking artifacting

I get really annoying artifacting now a days because my GPU no matter how many times I restart or leave my computer off as soon as I boot, load up a game it gets artifacting.

 

Like seriously I understand that GPUS get artifacting and a restart is no problem on my ssd, but even straight after I restart and load up a game(tomb raider) I get artifacting please help?

 

I tried reinstalling my drivers.

 

Also my monitor Acer x233H keeps flashing black I heard it was because the capasitors are breaking which means I'll have to buy a new one but is there a way to not without soldering etc.?

Did you clean uninstall before you reinstalled?  Also, it could be a heat or damag issue with the GPU/s  But, what GPU do you have?  

270x windforce, gigabyte. I should probably try that clean uninstall.

return to default settings in catalyst control panel after doing a clean uninstall/reinstall. I had some minor artifacting in SC2 a couple of days ago and the problem seemed to sort itself out after turning AA on (for some reason it was off).

Try another monitor. If the problem persists it's related to the GPU, otherwise you'll have to either get yours repaired or get a new one

Ya, search for the driver where you'd normally uninstall programs in the control panel.  It will be Catalys something, or whatever AMD put in there.  It will tell ya to uninstall it.  Also, he meant that if you ever OCed it you might have broken it.

thats what i did previously, is there even another wat to uninstall it lol

Might have broken it then.   And, ya there's programs that will just wipe it out like CCleaner.

define broken, it still works, 60fps in the game, just artifacting...  It's only a $150 dollar card now though, used to be $300

Don't remember if there's a way to reset everything with a single button. Go through all the features and reset to default or chose "let application decide"(or however it's worded)

well it only artifacted once, ive been playing for like another hour, none more.. lol

Half dead or there's something wrong with the drivers. If it still happens, try getting an older version of the drivers from when you didn't have problems
