Suggestions for building a budget Streaming PC?

Hey guys, so im looking to build a 2nd computer JUST for streaming PC games on twitch (csgo mainly) . I have a budget of about 300-400 usd and i was wondering what the best build for this "project" be? If links can be provided i would be grateful (Im not really looking for something over the top) . Im looking to buy a capture card to connect the two together as im aware that that is the best way to avoid frame loss (not included in the budget). Thanks!

Your not going to be actually playin the games on this PC?

No,no games to be played on it, Just for streaming, would it be worth it to get a cheap GPU tho?

I dont know about multi PC streaming but if I was building a streaming PC I would defiantly go for a fx series amd chip. Or a i5 but that doesn't fit your budget. The pentium will do very badly for streaming

You don't need to much space, and a great deal on the ram. Couldn't fit a fx 8000 series CPU. But if you would pay more you could add that in.

Overall great build to stream your games

Is it not better to use an AMD Processor? I dont really know much about CPU's but for this build shouldnt amd be better cause of the GPU?

Yoy can choose amd, its just i found Intel system more reliable because i use both systems, and the gpu will be good with both intel and amd, no problem at all
