You can get the HyperX Cloud II or the Audio Technica ATH-M40 and slap a Mod-Mic on it.

I hear that Corsair gaming headsets are pretty good. those usually go for around $50-90

I have my sennheiser HD205 for more than a year now, no scratches or damage. Great quality (to the point where you can identify the different instruments in almost any song) and they are reasonably portable

Second for the HD558's.. can usually find them on sale for less than 100... or check-out massdrop.
