If you want to be totally safe (some might overkill, I call it peace of mind) grab some high temp spraypaint if you're going to paint anything that gets hot. Not sure if you're painting radiators or GPU backplates or anything.

For painting regular case parts, just get the finish you're after and use proper spraypainting methods and PATIENCE. Tape off EVERYTHING with painter's tape, don't assume "oh i'll never paint that on accident, it's all the way over there!" you will.

Best glass imo would be tempered glass, but thats expensive afaik. Watch Paul's Hardware's video of his tempered glass side window mod on his Define R5, I'd imagine the same concepts and practices apply here as well.

As for LED strips, why not Alchemy LED strips, and for the rear IO lighting, I believe Linus has a video on it.

PSU shroud, easiest thing to do would be to mock up a diagram of what you want with all your measurements, and contact local metal fabrication shops so they can make the cut and bends for you. You can paint that yourself to save on cost. I'd planned out a PSU shroud, my plan was to use aluminum. Measure thrice, cut once.
