I need a new "gaming" laptop

Basically I need something that can run csgo at 60 fps but also is light and can be easily carried around, as cheap as possible but around $1000 au if you can.

Not sure why you would need 60 fps in CSGO, but hell what do I know? Most gaming laptops are going to be well over 1000 USD, and 1000 AU would be equivalent to about 770 USD, so it's going to be hard finding an actual gaming laptop that isn't horrible with that small of a budget. Why not just go with something that has a mediocre graphics card (not on-board), and I'm sure you'll be find, as CSGO isn't an intensively graphic game.
