This particular crash was on Windows 10 but I have 7 on my main drive.

Do you get the error in Windows 7?

I don't remember. I just want to know what that error means.

"E_OUTOFMEMORY"

 

Means you don't have enough VRAM, which I know for a fact is wrong, especially for a GTX TITAN X :P My only guess would be because of Windows 10.

My VRAM usage wasn't even close to 12GB.
