If u are only going to OC the CPU its fine, but if u wanna OC with Graphics Card go for 700W

Dawg, he'd be fine on 400W.

lol he could probably SLI also and overclock slightly. That's pushing it though.

On 650W? Maybe a 970 but I wouldn't go higher than that. I would push no less than 750W on most SLI setups. On 400W not unless he's got an i3 + two 960s which is still a bit small IMO.
