Hey guys need your help with a build

i got a friend that wants to play project cars I got an old pic laying around with a core 2 quake and a gym 550ti in it do you think he would be better off buy a full new build or just upgraded graphics. He wants to have good god and eye candy:)

he wont get good graphics with the 550ti and the cpu will hold it back if you upgrade trhem (im thinking you mean core 2 quad?)

 

i would get a new build so he can play other games too.

 

what's his budget? location? need any peripherals?

Yeah sorry damn auto correct. Mainly wants to play that and some other old game. He just needs a tower. Wants to keep it under 650$ I think

Yeah sorry damn auto correct. Mainly wants to play that and some other old game. He just needs a tower. Wants to keep it under 650$ I think
