Motherboard Update Help?

So right now I have a M5a99FX Pro R2.0 and I'm looking to update it to see if it can help prevent a black-screen issue I usually get while playing games or sometimes even browsing the web. The reason I need help though is not how to update the motherboard but where to find it. I go to the website and search for it but I cant find any .cap files. Please help
