I was about to get the lenovo y410 but then I thought about getting a mac. If i got the mac I would install windows on it. Also if i should get a mac should i get the new macbook air or wait for the new mac pro. I will be a freshmen in high school and i am paying for this by myself.

I don't see why you would get a Mac if you would just install Windows on it... They're built nice and all but they're quite overpriced. I'd just look for a nice high quality Windows laptop like some of the new Acer ones or something.

If you plan on getting a Mac, just use OSX. If you plan on putting Windows on it anyway, you might aswell buy a Acer S7 or Asus Zenbook.
