Mixing memory?

There's probably a billion threads like this but is these two sticks of ram okay to mix? (I know that if you have different speeds you'll end up with the lower speed)

G.Skill Ripjaws X Performance 1600 Mhz 2 x 4gb

HyperX Fury White Series 1866MHz 2 x 4gb

you can probably overclock it but if you are just gaming there is no difference

It'll be fine, don't go too heavy on the OC though.
