Hey! new member just signed up!, was wondering if you guys could help me on deciding which graphics card to get. I've had my eye on the Pov Gtx680 but not sure if it's overkill for what i need.

System specs;

3570k @ 3.4

8Gb Ram

His 5770 in use at the moment ( not a bad little card )

Asus P8 z77-v Lx2 Motherboard

Antec 550 Psu

and a Nzxt case, forget which model.

I'm not a big enthusiast but i would like a fairly decent card, price range £100 - £400 (so about $150 - $450 dollars give or take ?) i mostly play fps games, Cod4, Bo2, Cs 1.6, Source and GO, but would like to be able to play Crysis 3 & bf3 Etc with playable frames per second.

buy the best that your budget allows.

currently AMD has a never settle promo and they give you crysis 3 and bioshock infinite with the 7950 or 7970 so consider the 7970 as well,it's about on par with the gtx 680 beating it in some games.

just wait till the new gpus are released. Not many gpu configs can be over kill when it comes to crysis fyi

7950/7970/670 are better price to performance than a 680.
