*SOLVED* Android Miscellaneous Files GS4

Disregard! Somehow my Cad program downloaded to my S4... That file is a Creo 2.0 update...

 

I just tried to do an android update on my GS4, currently on 4.4.2, but got an error "not enough space on /data partition.

 

I have about 1 GB free on the phone, but noticed that 4GB are being used in Miscellaneous files. 3.74GB of that are used by one file, MED-100WIN.. does anyone have any idea what this is? Google really didnt come up with any answers.
