windows 10 help plz

so iam upgrading my windows 7 to 10 for a couple of reasons . maily cuz i want to play gears of war ulitmate edition and direct x 12 .however i have some questions and i hope u guys answer them for me   

 

q1 : will all my data be deleted ? like games and programes and like game save data ?

 

 

q2 :will all games be compatible ?

 

 

q: will it be worth it ? like for gaming

 

bonus q : if gears is comming to windows 10 can i play it on 7 ?

I will try to answer your bonus question. GoW is a bait so people will move on to windows 10, so I doubt it will run on windows 7.
