Outlook Mac Issues

So on Outlook Mac when I compose a new email and start putting in the person to send it to, I get the suggestion lists of people from my Address Book or Recent. Usually theres an X next to the name if I want to get rid of them but some just say Other and there's no X. How do I get the X on those name.

What version?

 

2011 or the preview of the new version?
