BK002 Shadow Rock LP for a 4790k

So i am building an itx pc with a 4790k, i have an old... OLD cooler master Hyper N520 cooler in my garage and was gona use that, but the fans on it connect through 3 pin fan connectors, so no pwm, newegg has the be quiet shadow rock lp on sale for $35, anyone know if its work the price? or should i add an extra $35 and get a noctua NH-U9S

i got one and it isn't the best but my temps stay under 75degrees
