Google Chrome red lines

Hello guys!

 

I bought a GTX280 for only €15 and I have a small problem.

Does anyone know why there are red lines in Google Chrome?

My system:

GTX280 --> DVI- (Idk) --> Benq 1080p

Intel E7300

4GB DDR2

Dont know but i notice on my phone (i use chrome) and window changes colour on linus's forum.

Connection: 200mbps / 12mbps 5Ghz wifi
