Looks ok, would recommend getting a different PSU. Thermaltake isn't that well regarded.

Maybe lose the HDD for now and get a 256 GB SSD? Will get you going and save you the hassle from having to move os'es.

Yea.. if you can get SSD get it. If you dont have money for that I would suggest you to get cheaper case and live with stock cooler and get the EVO 212 later as you can always easily change the CPU cooler.
