There is a tickbox somewhere which says apply on startup. Check through the settings. Im sure there is something about Startup on the gui somewhere, it depends what skin you are using.

 

Edit: Save your overclock as profile 1 (or whatever one you wanna use).

 

If you use the old skin then there is a button at the bottom.

If you're using the default interface, you should see a checkbox in the bottom left-hand corner of the window that says "Apply overclocking at system startup."

If you want to change it back, click the gear, than user interface, you should be able to revert it ther
