Galaxy Camera EK-GC100 no autofocus

Hello! I had Galaxy Camera EK-GC100 laying around with broken camera lens (it was hit a little bit and the zoom didn't work at all and all I was getting was Camera Error when launching the app) so I decided to fix it. Bought camera lens, replaced mine (I used old/mine color thingy that goes on top of the lens), put everything together and now it doesn't catch focus  HECK! I bought second new lens! And the problem didn't fix!

When I'm not using any zoom the image is extremely blurry but the moment I zoom at least 5x it becomes crystal clear!

 

What have I done wrong? Is there any camera calibration to do? I tried Factory Reset on the device already and using the expert doesn't work either. Here's some examples of how it looks:
