I have had my PC for about 2 years now. And over the years I have put in a GALAXY GeForce GT 610 GPU, 4 more Gigs of RAM, and a 400GB Seagate Hard Drive. (Full specs on my profile)

Just today when I booted up my PC, someone next door had started up something that sounded like something with a small motor. Turns out they didn't. It was my PC. Yay.....

I have only heard this sound once because I have only booted up my PC once today because I am honestly afraid to. This sound, however, was only made during the boot process. Once windows startup had started the sound had stopped.

I wasn't able to record it due to the sound being extremely unexpected and only lasted during the boot process. (Also, the only thing I could have recorded it with was a 5th gen iPod nano, and it takes about 5 years to put in my password and launch the camera.) However, I was able to find a video on youtube from a bit ago that had an almost exact same sound that my PC made. However, the recording quality on this video is fairly poor and when my PC made the noise that is in this video it was a LOT louder, just keep that in mind while you watch it.

Just wondering if anyone knows what this sound is, if it's bad, and what I can do to fix it. Until then, I will probably be afraid to turn my computer off and back on again.
