This is extremely gross

 

I thought for about 30 minutes if I should post it or not but wtf, we're humans and this is a "normal" thing x1000000

As I read the title I though "he thinks whatever he has there is gross? I'll show him that video of the huge cyst I saw a while back". I guess it wen't better than planned :D
