Don't invest in low end Graphics cards, they are wasted money. Get at least a GTX 750 Ti oder R7 260X.

 

There are better price/performance options for a bit mroe money, so how big is your budget?

Sapphire Radeon HD 7730 2GB DDR5 has 800 MHz Speed Graphic chip (Sorry guys i am not from USA so my eng is not that good)  Speed of graphic memory 1800MHz 128-bit OpenGL 4.2. MSI N730K-2GD3/OC has 1006 MHz speed graphic chip and Speed of graphic memory 1800MHz OpenGL 4.4 . I got like 80 dollars here right now . And i use 1680x1050 res eh what the hell is Cuda never heard (plz dont' kill me ) Can you explain ?

Yea yea i know . But i am buying just for brother he's 12 . And budget just some 80 dollars that i have left from buying cpu

You can look into used GPUs and try to pick up something like a GTX 660, maybe even the Ti version. Still better than a low end card.

Low end cards are garbage. This video isn't exactly those two cards but it still applies. Buy a used GTX 600 series or even 700 series card or an r7 260x.
