USED phone bought

I bought used phone for my mom it's her birth day..

Now i was wondering how to delete everything from that phone to make it look like it's new?

 

Phone is pretty laggy.....

iOS or Android?

Android, but safe way please

Settings > Personal > Backup and reset

May be a bit somewhere else, depending on what Android Skin the phone has.

That is just a save way, no custom ROM stuff and such.
