Which to choose ASROCK FATAL1TY B85 KILLER vs ASROCK H97 Pro4?

Hello,

 

i plan to build a pc with i3 4170 and i wanted to know which mobo to buy:

ASROCK FATAL1TY B85 KILLER: http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Fatal1ty%20B85%20Killer/

ASROCK H97 Pro4: http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/H97%20Pro4/

i am not going to Overclock and i don't mind if i have less usb ports or more.

These mobos are for the same prize

both should be fine

 

but check if the B85 board is running a recent BIOS

 

or else you cant POST with your CPU

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
