One of my usb ports in my corsair 760 t is not working it is the usb 3.0 one but the other 3.0 is working everything is enabled in device manager

One of my usb ports in my corsair 760 t is not working it is the usb 3.0 one but the other 3.0 is working everything is enabled in device manager

 

I would check to make sure the connector is fully locked into place and seated correctly. Other than that make sure there aren't any missing pins on the connector side of things.
