My Windows Server causes my network/Internet to become slow (Internet cuts out?)

Hey guys,

My home server has been having some issues with networking. I'm running Windows Server 2012 R2, and every time I keep my home server plugged into my network, the internet starts to cut out and I have to unplug it every time I'm not using it.

Has anybody else had an issue like this? And does anybody know of a way to fix it? Thanks!

Have you set a static IP that is conflicting with another device?
