What version of windows are you running? That's pre xp judging by the taskbar.

 

Windows 7 with performance settings (performance settings disable Aero Themes while active). 

 

EDIT: Sorry about the crappy resolution... My screen captures somehow end up losing pixels. It's a 4k monitor, though... I use performance settings because I do audio and video editing; I need as much processing power and RAM as I can get.

The Xeon E3 1231 V3 IS BETTER Than the Core i5 4690K and a Significantly better value for the non-overclockers or value shoppers.

The OS is like a kind food, Try it before saying if you like it or don't.
