Hi all,

I was initially excited to have gotten myself a Siberia Raw headset from Steelseries (my first headset)

But to my disappointment, upon plugging in the headset.

There are several troubling issues that I could not overcome however I tried to tweak or configure the setup.

I have tried the jacks at the front and rear of the case and they still won't work.

Is this because the Siberia has a single jack for both mic and sound output?

I hope someone out here would be able to help or clarify some of my doubts above.

My system setup is as follows:

Windows 8.1 64bit

Micro hifi setup

MSI Z87-G43 Motherboard (Using onboard audio)

Realtek HD Audio Manager

Can you go into the sound control panel and see if Windows detects them?
