Best laptop for battery and performance?

My requirements

-At least 6 hours battery, preferably more

-Under $1300

-Preferably quiet

-No thermal throttling

-Decent gaming performance and stability.

But as the title states, performance and battery are the main things. I probably don't care if the screen is sub-par, or the keyboard sucks or something.

pick gaming or battery. cant have both mate. decent by pc standards is mostly high settings, to get that, you need high end mobile gpus. to get that, your looking at 4 hours of battery life

Lenovo Y40. Last year's model could get over 8 hours of WiFi web browsing on battery, this year's Broadwell model (Y40-80) improved battery life even further.
