New computer, No Signal!

I just recently started building a new cheapish computer for my son, here is the list of parts

I got everything through Newegg and had to return the MB and Video card once already beacuse it wouldn't boot. Now I got everything in and I set it up out of the case to test. All the fans come on, and it sounds like it is booting, However my monitor has No Signal, I have tried it on 3 monitors, and I put the video card in my system and it worked just fine. IDK if something is dmg or if I'm doing somthing wrong. I havn't downloaded windows on it yet, Not sure if that has somthign to do with it.

have you used the same monitor when you tested the gpu in your system? are you using hdmi vga or dvi connectors?

I did use the sam Monitor and Im using I have used both VGA and DVI, The card worked with both while in my system but didn't with the new stuff. I will check and see if the MB needs an Bios update.
